Tiger Nut Milk Recipe

You can add other ingredients like coconuts and dates to make the milk more delicious.

Ingredients

  • One cup of tiger nuts (soaked for 24-48 hours)
  • A glass of water
  • Strainer
  • Coconuts, dates (optional)
Directions

1. Soak the tiger nuts in a bowl of water for 1-2 days

2. Pour the nuts in a blender and add a glass of water. You could choose to add the coconuts or dates at this point.

3. Blend well until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.

4. Using a strainer, strain the milk into a serving glass

Your milk is ready to drink!
