Polish Man Bags 25yrs In Jail For Locking Wife In Basement And Sexually Abusing Her With His Brothers

Mariusz Sz. has been sentenced to 25 years in jail for subjecting his wife to sexual and psychological abuse over a four-year period between 2006 and 2010.
In the small village of Parszczyce in northern Poland, the victim whose identity was not released was beaten, starved and serially raped by her husband, his two brothers, Andrzej and Marian and a friend, Tadeusz.

It was reported that Mariusz Sz. also allowed random men to rape her while she lay helpless with a bag over her head for a fee of 20 PLN (£4.20/N1,900). He also starved and later forced her to eat bread mixed with water and his semen while bound in a kneeling position.

Eventually she managed to escape from the cellar and called her mother who alerted authorities.

At the initial sentencing of Mariusz Sz. in 2017, the presiding judge stated that the victim "was imprisoned in a cold, dark cellar, in which she was deprived the possibility of taking care of her personal hygiene and the possibility of dealing with her physiological needs under dignified conditions."

While Mariusz Sz’s brothers along with their friend have now been charged for raping the victim during her imprisonment, they have pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Each of them face a maximum of 15 years in prison if found guilty.
