Soursop also known as Graviola is a tropical fruit which has a thick prickly flesh and has a sweet and sour taste.

This fruit is rich in several compounds, contains beneficial antioxidants and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and a small amount of iron.
 

Soursop is eaten in its raw form due to its savoury taste. It can also be used as a smoothie or used to make milkshakes and ice creams.
